Individual Terms

1. Scope of Application

These Individual Terms & Conditions apply to all engagements with individual clients — including entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, freelancers, and personal brands — who engage Nazir Abbas Digital Consulting on a project or retainer basis. These terms supplement the General Terms & Conditions.

2. Project Proposal & Agreement

Every engagement begins with a written proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Work commences only after the proposal is accepted and the deposit received. Verbal agreements do not constitute binding commitments.

3. Payment Structure

• 50% upfront deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final assets
• For retainer agreements: monthly invoices due on the 1st of each month
• Payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or Upwork platform
• Prices are inclusive of all agreed deliverables; additional scope billed separately

4. Revisions Policy

Individual client projects include up to three (3) rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Each round must be submitted as a consolidated list of changes. Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Respond to feedback requests within 5 business days
• Designate a single point of contact for all communications
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe third-party rights

Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines proportionally.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

The initial deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels after project commencement, all work completed to that point will be invoiced at the pro-rated project rate. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.

7. Ownership & Handover

Upon final payment, full ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client. We will provide all source files, credentials, and documentation required for a complete handover within 5 business days of payment clearance.

8. Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
